I visited this restaurant for the first time today (August 8). I had a lovely experience here! A very home-like feel, had a nice waitress, and great affordable food.
Small-town diner atmosphere, obviously popular with the locals. Wholesome food, where a little goes a surprisingly long way.
I went for lunch and got the soup (borscht) and sandwich (turkey salad) special which ran me 8.65. the soup was delicious and obviously home made the same with the sandwich. The restaurant was clean and welcoming.

Norma Dee's has been consistently above average with their service and food. I have yet to visit and it not be at least half full of guests, so quite obviously I'm one of many that agree it's a great place to dine.
