Wouldnt recommend this place if you expect your deposit back within 14 days as stated in the agreement that you sign. Its been 4 months since weve been moved out of our unit and have yet to receive our deposit. Was told our deposit would be mailed by end of January and have yet to receive and its now the middle of March.
Rented out a storage space which got flooded last winter. All of my belongings got destroyed including valuable family heirlooms. We were told there would be compensation. Although it clearly states in the contract that they are not responsible for this sort of thing, we were promised this. They didnt charge us for several months rent to compensate us, then out of the blue invoiced us for the months missed of payment. They are extremely unprofessional and would definitely not recommend renting from them. They are bad at communicating, and threaten and extort their customers.
