Amazing, super-educational. Extra-friendly staff!

We had only been to this campground a couple times last year, but this year we are thoroughly impressed with all the positive changes that have taken place with the campground. We have been staying here quite often this year and so far, each time we return the campground just keeps getting better. The grounds look amazing with all the new flowers, plants, gardens and trees. The camp areas are well groomed and organized. The bathrooms and showers are always very well kept and clean. They have a concession in the office where they sell all sorts of goodies, chips & ice cream (we sampled a double scoop of strawberry marble yum!), lighters etc.. Lolly and Gary, the Camp Hosts have been doing a fantastic job and all of their hard work clearly shows throughout the campground, they are absolutely amazing, friendly and hardworking people! We are planning to go back next month and we cant wait to see what new projects and changes have happened since our last trip out there.

Lots to see! You can spend hours here learning about the history of oil and its transformation over the years.

A super place to visit and learn how Alberta became known as Oil Country. This place has all the information and facts on how it all began. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about our Alberta Oil History. I would highly recommend this place for a great family day trip location. The kids will love it.

Fun museum I've driven by more times than I can think, it was nice to actually pull in and see it first hand!
