where to begin Devon Chrysler.I have had nothing but an unpleasant experience with a Rep from this dealership Named Johnny Mott - Johnny I hope you get to read this first hand. worst customer service experience to date! It started off with a call from what appeared to be both the sales and financial person for this dealership. your right , Sounds like we are off to a bad start already. I rolled with it, the response time was awful, he would text me hours later. He was hiding payment amounts, and then on top of it i asked if the truck was in any accident . After a few days he finally sent me over the car proof, which showed the truck had significant damage and also went to auction..wait, it gets better. He originally sent me one amount of 26,000 then it went up to 28,600 . After having the messages to prove this is what he quoted me. He agreed to stay at the original amount. 1- Check for this guy. After this weird situation i wanted to take some time to think about this purchase as my gut feeling wasn't all that positive at this point. I then Ask Johnny Mott to send me new numbers at the correct amount. Which has not happened, This morning I am greeted with a Text message of "I'm to busy to continue working on this deal. I wish you all the best. Take care. " WOW ... if this is how you run your dealership Shame on you ! Looks like I'm not the only one who feels this way. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Shawn in service was so great to deal with. He kept me very informed about what was going on with my truck when it broke down and had it fixed for me in less then 24 hours. I am so pleased with the experience I had.
I go to Devon Dodge for all my truck parts and repairs. Sheldon in parts is a stud, super easy to work with and goes the extra mile to get you what you need, very helpful in a pinch. I've never had an issue going here and the people there are great. For these reasons they get 5 stars from me
I had my vehicle in for service for warranty work and maintenance a few times and I was very impressed with level of service and courtesy that I received, and how much they pay attention to detail. The knowledge of the staff about the repairs to my vehicle were explained to me quite well. I highly recommend bringing in your car for service at Devon Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, especially if you get Anna Lisa or Shawn as your service adviser. See you on my next service appointment!
