This is the place to get something neat, fresh and delicious. What a great atmosphere happening here. The donuts are AMAZINGLY good, made with all natural ingredients, coffee is always fresh and hot and the food is delicious.I would highly recommend you take the drive to Devon and experience something fresh and new.The owners are awesome and always smiling and welcoming as well.
Mandy and Cory are amazing. If you're in first thing in the morning you can watch them make the donuts and you'll see the incredible amount of passion and effort they put in (everything is made from scratch and from best possible ingredients). They hire great staff and treat them well (though it's crazy busy in there, so have a little patience as things can take a while . The coffee is superb (sourced from Battlegrounds coffee next door) and their food options are fantastic.
Friendly accommodating staff serving the best doughnuts.... ever. Worth the drive, . And buy more than one... you'll be glad you did. Took some to work.... snapped up in a jiffy, along with any crumbs. Highly recommend
The staff was super friendly! I actually didn't know these were vegan, but I did know they were popular, so I made a special trip to Devon for them. They were a bit smaller than I anticipated, especially for the price compared to other gourmet donuts in Edmonton. The donuts are very beautiful, the texture of the cake is great, but the flavours are only OK. I had a blueberry one that tasted sweet more than any actual berry flavour. And the pumpkin one wasn't very pumpkin, it was more or less just "spiced". Same with the peanut butter, it was just lacking in peanut flavour. Otherwise very imaginative, just missed the stop at flavour town.
The doughnuts are consistently excellent, and I love how creative they are with the flavours. I wasn't sure if I'd like a chocolate and Earl Grey combo today, but I loved it! The espresso was very good, as was the pickle soup. I tried a bite of my friends' mac and cheese and the chili, both also very good. I love that the service is super fast with the food. The decor and atmosphere is at once cozy and clean, a perfect spot for coffee and a treat while out on a bike ride. (They have bike parking!) The only thing I wish were different is if they had non-paper tableware when one's eating there. They do have compostable paper items, so that's great, but I find solid dishes make a nicer experience. However, the food and coffee quality make up for this one drawback!
